Custom Orders
Since all our products are made to order and often customized to your specific design and preferences, **we do not accept returns or offer refunds for customized items**. This includes, but is not limited to, custom logos, prints, embroidery, and other personalized elements. Please ensure all order details, including designs, sizes, and quantities, are reviewed and confirmed before placing an order.
Defective or Damaged Products
If the products you receive are defective or damaged due to manufacturing errors or shipping mishandling, we will accept returns and issue a refund or replacement. Please notify us within “7 days of receiving your order” if you notice any defects or damage. We may request photos or further documentation to assess the issue. Once verified, we will arrange for a return or replacement at no additional cost to you.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong items (e.g., incorrect sizes, designs, or quantities), please contact us within “7 days of delivery”. We will review the situation and arrange for the return or exchange of the incorrect items. The return shipping costs will be covered by Dipper Sports if the error is on our part.
Returns Process
To return any defective or incorrect items:

-Returned items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.
-Once the returned items are received and inspected, we will process a refund or replacement, depending on the issue.
Non-returnable Items

– Orders that have been delivered more than “7 days ago”.
