– Medium Orders (101–500 pieces): Production usually requires 25–30 business days. 

– Large Orders (501+ pieces): Production may take 1-2 months or more, depending on the size and intricacy of the order. 

Please note that production timelines begin once the order details, designs, and payments are finalized. 

Shipping Timelines

-Express Services (DHL, FedEx, UPS): Delivery in 3–7 business days after dispatch. 

– Local Post: Delivery in 10–25 business days, depending on the destination and local postal services. 

Customs Clearance

For international orders, customs clearance is the responsibility of the buyer. Any applicable duties, taxes, or additional charges imposed by the destination country are not included in the shipping fee and must be handled by the buyer.
