Custom Orders<\/strong><\/p>

Since all our products are made to order and often customized to your specific design and preferences, **we do not accept returns or offer refunds for customized items**. This includes, but is not limited to, custom logos, prints, embroidery, and other personalized elements. Please ensure all order details, including designs, sizes, and quantities, are reviewed and confirmed before placing an order.<\/p>

Defective or Damaged Products<\/strong><\/p>

If the products you receive are defective or damaged due to manufacturing errors or shipping mishandling, we will accept returns and issue a refund or replacement. Once verified, we will arrange for a return or replacement at no additional cost to you.<\/p>

We will review the situation and arrange for the return or exchange of the incorrect items. The return shipping costs will be covered by Dipper Sports if the error is on our part.<\/p>
